At My Nutriality, we are committed to providing exceptional services. However, we understand that there may be situations where refunds are requested. Please review our refund policy below:
- Performed Services and Sessions:
- We do not issue refunds for services or sessions that have already been performed or completed.
- Multi-Session Programs:
- For programs involving multiple sessions (e.g., 3-session or 5-session programs), refunds will only be issued for unused sessions.
- A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for each remaining session of the program at the time of cancellation.
- Holistic Nutrition Program:
- If you choose to discontinue the Holistic Nutrition Program, we will issue a refund for the unused portion of the program.
- A cancelation fee of $50 will be charged for each remaining week of the program at the time of cancellation.
- Refund Request Process:
- All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to our official email address info@myntriality.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving a valid request.
